Piedmont Facilities Management (PFM) provides customized, comprehensive property management for Central Virginia properties. With PFM, you have a single, accountable source for all maintenance services. PFM is your eyes and ears when it comes to keeping your building running smoothly and efficiently. Under the One Program, PFM inspects the condition of your building on a regular basis and fixes routine items, performs preventative maintenance, manages specialty maintenance contractors (i.e. mechanical, fire alarm, security, sprinkler, and elevator), provides 24 hour emergency repair service, while making recommendations for repair of larger items, and long-term equipment and capital improvement forecasts. The One Program helps you project your expenses and bundle work, resulting in a manageable and cost-efficient maintenance plan.
